I believe someone is using my identity. What do I do?

Visit identiytheft.gov to report any theft. Review your credit report for unauthorized activity. Contact the companies where you know the fraud occurred and ask them to freeze and report as fraud. Contact the credit bureaus to freeze your credit. Change logins, passwords and PINS for any banking or shopping profiles.

I received a text message from the bank asking for my account information. Do I respond?

No! We will never text you asking for this information. When in doubt, call us at (706)782-4571 to confirm any correspondence.
